Frequently asked

Q1What kind of surface does the unit need?

Flat, solid ground that a service truck can reach, away from overhead wires and clear of any digging.

Q2How do extended rentals work?

We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit on location until you call us for removal.

Q3How much lead time do I need for an event?

Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer weekends. Reach out earlier for holiday weekends.

Q4What is the service frequency?

Every rental comes with one maintenance visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can add a second weekly stop.

Q5What happens during a maintenance visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replace paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.
